Residents of the Trade Side of Veliky Novgorod are again left "without power"

Power outages in the north-eastern part of Veliky Novgorod have begun again. This was reported by the acting governor of the Novgorod region, Alexander Dronov.
" Dear Novgorodians, the Savino substation, to which the housing stock of the Trade Side of Veliky Novgorod was connected via a backup line, has been disconnected. The reasons are being established! If the power supply is not restored by 15:00, then colleagues will connect backup power sources ," said Alexander Valentinovich.
Let us recall that earlier in our city there was a fire at a substation on Yakov Pavlov Street. Yesterday, emergency workers managed to fully restore power supply to the city, however, residents were asked to minimize electricity consumption in order to avoid new outages. In fact, they were not able to avoid them.
Today, the Ministry of Housing and Utilities and Fuel and Energy of the region reported that as of 12:00, emergency recovery operations are continuing in the region. 98 settlements, in which 1.1 thousand residents live, remain without power supply.
